The plugin works great with all WordPress caching plugins and any CDNs that you may be using.

All ad manipulations and impression and click tracking are performed using Javascript and Ajax, so even if your entire website is cached for speed, your ads will be shown correctly (even ad rotations) and your stats will be tracked correctly.
