Configuring With Caching Plugins

If the mobile setting is enabled, Simply Social serves generates two types of sharing buttons: one for desktop & tablets and one for mobile phones. The mobile phone sharing buttons are tailored specifically for smaller screens and is better suited for your mobile readers.

The social sharing buttons are generated server-side, so there is a chance that caching plugins may provide the desktop sharing buttons to mobile users

To prevent this, caching plugins usually have an option that you can set to allow different cached versions of your website to be served to mobile devices. You will need to find this setting to allow your mobile users to correctly view the mobile-tailored sharing buttons.
