Random order doesn't work!

If you're hosting with WP Engine, make sure random order is not disabled. If you're not using WP Engine and this behavior occurs, this may be a problem involving plugins that change the way WP Query works, your WordPress installation or your database backend.

How do I change the post type name?

In Settings > Meet The Team, there are fields that will allow you to change the publicly viewable taxonomy and term name for the default team post type provided by our plugin. These can be changed and its changes will be immediately effective.

How do I change the permalink structure in the plugin to show the term used?

For this, you may use an external plugin such as Custom Post Type Permalinks to customize permalinks for team members. This plugin will also work for other custom post types detected and will benefit your overall installation.
